Mr. Millard Edward "Smokey" Wilson, age 55 of Mt Vernon, OH., formerly of Parkersburg, WV, died Friday, May 17, 1968 in University Hospital in Columbus, OH. following an extented illness.

Born November 17, 1912 at Mineral Wells, WV., he was the son of the late Mr. Thomas E. and Mrs. Harriet (Rubel) Wilson.

Survivors include his step-mother; Mrs. Leota May Wilson of Parkersburg: his widow; Jane (Friedlander) Wilson; four sons; Charles Wilson, serving in the U.S, Army in Norway, and Henry Wilson, Mark Wilson and Edward Wilson all of Mt. Vernon: two daughters; Mrs. Sarah Bricker of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Harriet Fell of South Carolina: three brothers; Clair Wilson of Barberton, OH., Augustus H. Wilson, of Willoughby, Oh., and Robert Wilson of Elizabeth, WV.: one half-brother; Paul Wilson of Parkersburg, WV. three sisters; Mrs. Ouita Powell, Mrs. Ruth Pavelko and his twin Mrs. Mildred Holmes, all of Barberton, OH. and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two children; David B. and Carrie J. Wilson.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Dowd Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens in Mt. Vernon. Friends may call at the funeral home.
