Mrs. Minnie "Jane" (Friedlander) Wilson, age 79, of Mount Vernon, passed away peacefully Friday, April 5, 1996.

She married Millard Edward "Smokey" Wilson in 1934 and together they had eight children, sons; David B. Wilson, J. Mark Wilson, Charles "Chuck" Wilson, Henry H. Wilson, and Edward "Ed" Wilson, daughters; Sarah L. Wilson, Harriet L. Wilson and Carrie J. Wilson.

Jane was born Saturday, March 31, 1917 in Bethany, West Virginia to Mr. Charles S. Friedlander and Mrs. Carrie (Blair) Friedlander. She was one of eleven children with seven brothers; Charles H. Friedlander, Paul E. Friedlander, Mark V. Friedlander, Forrest B. Friedlander, Saul Friendlander, Jr., George H. Friedlander and David G. Friedlander, and three sisters; Ruth E. Friedlander, Glenna M.Friedlander, and Mary L. Friedlander.
