Mrs. Lula Boyd Cayce, wife of Clinton H. Cayce. died Sunday morning at at the home on South Virginia, from pneumonia and complications. She had been ill only a short time.

Mrs. Cayce was born near Church Hill Nov. 7, 1864 and was the daughter of Richard Henry and Susan Boyd. She was married to Clinton H. Cayce Jan. 16, 1984 by the Rev. William Stanley.

She became a Christian in girlhood. and remained n devout Christian and faithful church member throughout the years or her life. Since 1920, she had been a member at the Ninth Street Christian Church of this city. Mrs. Cayce was devoted to the church and her family, and found many avenues through which she gave expression to her love for friends and neighbors.

Four children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Cayce. The survivors are Miss Florence Cayce, city, Mrs. C. H. Ryan, Russellville, Granville Cayce, city. Raymond Cayce died Jan. 14, 1904, at the age of three years. Mrs. Cayce leaves two brothers, Wallace Boyd and Henry Boyd, Hopkinsville; one half-brother, Forrest H. Duncan, city; one half-sister, Mrs. Mallie Whitlow, Crestline, Calif. One half-brother, Lewis Duncan. and one half-sister, Mrs. Julia Atwood, preceded Mrs. Cayce to the grave.

The Rev. Charles I. Stephenson, pastor or the Ninth Street Christian Church. the Rev. R. L. Cave. Christian minister, and Rev. J. Langley Alderson. pastor of the First Christian Church at Russellville, conducted the last rites this morning at the home, and burial was at Riverside Cemetery.

The Pall bearers were Frank Boyd, Harry Boyd, Madisonville, James Duncan, Kenneth Cayce, Tom Jones and Lucian Jones.
