Mrs. Dean was born December 29, 1922, in Niagra Falls, New York, to Harry R. Foerster and Hazel Belle Heath, who are deceased.
She is survived by three daughters, Carol Peterson, Evelyn Nystrom and Mary Brunette; a brother, Duane; a sister, Marie Best; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by a brother, Richard.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Nolan Funeral Home, 225 North Weber, 632-7608. A mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2030 W. Colorado Avenue. A rosary will be held at 6 p.m. today at Nolan Funeral Home. Private entombment is planned. Nolan Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
