Patsy Hope Barnhill, 74, a former resident of Marmaduke, AR., and Paragould, AR., passed away March 10, 2012, in Nacogdoches, Texas.

She was born in Marmaduke, AR., to the late Everett and Sibyl Dickinson Jackman.

In 1954, she graduated from Marmaduke High School and moved to Memphis, TN., where she was employed at Sears. She later moved to Paragould and was an employee of Paragould City Light and Water.

In 1958, she married Charles Barnhill of Paragould. They enjoyed 53 years of marriage.

She was retired from working in the food services industry as a restaurant owner with her husband, Charles. She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother and was a devoted Christian.

She was preceded in death by: her parents and two sisters, Ema Lou Easton and Anna Lee Ward.

Her survivors include: her husband, Charles; two sons, Steve and Kyle; daughter, Jennifer; 14 grand-children; several great-grand-children; brothers, Eugene and Gerald Jackman; and sister, Nell Clark.

Burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery in Nacogdoches, TX.
