PAREDES - In San Jose, Cal., April 1, 1919, Lucy A. Paredes, dearly beloved daughter of Refugio Paredes and the late Ramon Paredes, and loving sister of Ramon, Philip, Angie, Trinnie, Mary and Jessie Paredes and the late Marina Paredes, a native of New Almaden, aged 29 years.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral today (Wednesday) April 2, 1919, at 8:30 o'clock a.m. from the residence funeral parlor of Thomas Monahan, 228 S. Second street, thence to St. Joseph's Church where a requiem mass will be celebrated for the repose of her soul, commencing at 10 o'clock. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
