Miss Susan Kercher was the daughter of William Kercher and Elizabeth (Moyer) Kercher and a sister of Mrs. Catharine Kercher Smith passed away at 7:30am at Bethel hospital. Had she lived until March 8th, she would have been 65 years old. Susan had never been in robust health. She lived as an invalid the last 18 years of her life at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Smith on East First Street. She was survived by 4 sisters and a brother (Abraham). Her funeral was held at the Smith family home.
