Noland Maurice Alford born in Slocum, Texas on March 19, 1928 passed away on January 8, 2004 in Houston at the age of 75.
He was preceded in death by his wife Wanda Jean Alford.
Mr. Alford is survived by sons, Kenneth Alford and Allen Alford; daughter, Cheryl Vassar and husband Buddy; grandchildren, Shilo, Becky and husband John, Dean and wife Robbie, Monica and husband Daryl, Billy, Jamie, Mitch and wife Jennifer; great grandchildren, Sean, Cory, Brandon, Mark, Courtney, Logan (Little Man), Abney Star, Joshua, and Briana; sisters, Delores and Vernon Ledoux, Benita Mitchell, Mary Ann and LeeRoy Meadows and Peggy Meyer along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, January 12, 2004 in the Chapel of Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home…. Serving as pallbearers will be his nephews. Interment to follow in Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
