The Justice For Homicide Victims Memorial is the first memorial in the United States dedicated exclusively to homicide victims. The copper, stained-glass, granite and white marble kiosk houses an interactive touch-screen keyboard and digital theater which displays the biographies of hundreds of homicide victims. The memorial was built by volunteers on land donated by the cemetery. Among the founders, as well as past and present board members of JHV, are the families of murder victims Dominique Dunne, Marsalee Nicholas and Sharon Tate whose names are etched on the memorial.
