BEATRICE MARLOWE (SINAIKO) 90, passed away August 8, 2004 in West Palm Beach, FL. She was the adored wife of the late Hyman C. Marlowe; beloved mother of Judith Rubin (Robert), Barbara Waters, David (Joanne), Douglas (Celia); devoted grandmother of William, Tama and Ilissa; Jocelyn, Jason and Elizabeth; Joshua and Tracy; and Alison and Lauren; loving great-grandmother of Devon, Andrew and Anthony; Marlowe, Max, Isaac; Alex and Olivia; dear sister of Lois Webb of Houston, TX and Jeanne Seltzer of Royal Palm Beach, FL, and of her late sisters: Esther Cohn, Doris Katz, and Ruth Max; energetic aunt to over two dozen nieces and nephews; and friend to all. She and her husband, Hy, lived in Rockville Centre, NY for over 36 years and retired to West Palm Beach, FL in 1979. Bea was a second- generation life member of Hadassah and devoted much of her life to that cause. She was an accomplished knitter and provided lessons, finishing and kind advice to scores of women in the West Palm Beach area. Service is Wednesday, August 11 at Noon at Menorah Gardens, 9321 Memorial Park Rd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL; (561) 627-2277.
