Mr. Warning moved to Florida in 1989 from St. Charles, Illinois. He was an inventor and he was a partner in Air Print Systems, he was a member of the Antique Car Club and Masonic Lodge. During the 1940s, Walter built Indianapolis race cars.
On June 26, 1940 in Chicago, he married Marie Cardemone. Walter and Marie had 2 children, who survive. In 1987 Walter married Natalie who survives. He was also survived by his granchildren; a sister Bernice Chatterson; his brothers Norman and Ralph. Mr. Warning was preceded in death by his wife Marie in 1979; his parents; his brothers Martin and William; his sisters Sofie, Pearl, and Thelma Addison.
