He was born March 13, 1908 in Vinton County, the son of Plyley and Anna Myrtle Eagon Graves.
Mr. Graves was a cutter operator at the Mead Corporation plant in Chillicothe, and an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are the father and the wife; a daughter, Joyce; a son, Danny, both at home; and three sisters, Mrs. Owen Harper, Londonderry; and Mrs. Gladys Burris and Mrs. Hazel Hassey, both of Columbus.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Friends Church at Londonderry, with burial in the Londonderry Cemetery by the Wrightsel Funeral Home, McArthur.
Friends may call at the residence after Tuesday noon.
