Mr. Cecilio ( Cecil ) P. Garcia, 82, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on October 14, 2003.

Mr. Garcia is the beloved husband of Mrs. Angel Garcia. Mr. Garcia is also survived by one son, Rudy Garcia and wife Theresa; three step-children, Denise Costanza and husband, Martin, Lori Romero and Carl Romero Jr.; two sisters, Helen Garcia, Alice Romero and husband, Frank; one brother, Robert Garcia and wife, Eva; eight grandchildren, Rudy Garcia Jr. and wife, Julie, Anna Marie Garcia, Valerie Maestas, Gabriel Garcia, Julian Anzures, Krystal Marie Garcia and Sotero Maestas; a special cousin, Edwin Chavez and wife, Marcie.

Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his parents, Conrado and Mary Pena Garcia and a brother, Orlando Garcia.

Mr. Garcia was a member of the Catholic Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II, a recipient of the Purple Heart, owner and operator of the Silver Fox Lounge. Mr. Garcia was well known for his mentoring and financial help to the community.
