Mrs. Nell Vance
Mrs. Nell Bennett Vance, 82, died at 3 p.m. Thursday at her home at Old Bethany, near Mount Pleasant.
Her husband, Elmer, died in 1922. She leaves one son, John of Melvindale, Mich; three daughters, Mrs. Boyd (Ada) Shields of Punxsutawney, Mrs. Ray (Helen) Duncan of Alvertone, R.D.3, and Mrs. Ray (Jane) Rossey of Scottdale, one brother, John Bennett of Old Bethany; two sisters, Mrs. Molly Cree of Melvindale, Mich., and Mrs. Catherine Neighley of Los Angeles, Calif, and seven grandchildren.
She was a member of the Alverton Church of God, Missionary Society and Ladies Bible Class.
The body was taken to the Grimm Funeral home at Mount Pleasant and the funeral service will be held there at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. William Rodehaver officiating. Interment will be in Alverton Cemetery.
