Union, SC - Aiken Adams, died in Wallace Thomas Hospital, Tuesday, May 1, 1951 at 2:15 P. m. following a brief illness. He was a Native of Union County, SC and a Lockhart, SC merchant. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Adams and a member of Foster's Chapel Baptist CHurch. Funeral services were held at Lockhart Baptist Church, Wednesday, May 2, 1951, at 4:30 p.m., officiated by Rev. J. Ed Taylor and Roy OWens. Interment was in the Union Memorial Gardens. Survivors included: his parents, his wife, Grace Howell Adams, a daughter, two sons, four sisters, two brothers, and two grandchildren. He was 39 years of age at his demise.
