Linda A. Jernigan age 83 of Milton, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2012. She was a native and lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County and was the daughter of the late Ruby Allen and Arnie Black. She was a homebody, enjoying her family, friends, flowers and cooking. She was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth Lamar and Billy Ray Jernigan.

She is survived by four sons, John Edward (Nancy) Jernigan, Joseph Allen (Panet) Jernigan, Michael Wayne Jernigan and Jack Randolph (Sherron) Jernigan; two daughters, Callie L. J. (Monroe) Lee and Quida Sue Hand and numerous grandchildren and great grant grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM Friday, March 16, 2012 at the Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel with Graveside funeral services at 12 Noon in the Crain Cemetery with Rev. Jessie Jernigan officiating.
