KERRVILLE – Callie L. (Jernigan) Lee, 64, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on Friday, March 13, 2015 at her residence. She was born on December 6, 1950 in Milton, Florida to Clarence and Linda (Black) Jernigan.
Callie grew up in the Allentown, Florida area, where most of her family resided. After many years of experiences and memories, she married Glenn Monroe Lee at the Rose Garden in Ingram, Texas on July 15, 1983. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family like no one could imagine. She was a retired interior decorator at Sherwin Williams in Kerrville.
Preceding her in death are her parents, Clarence and Linda Jernigan along with two brothers, Kenny and Billy.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her husband, Glenn Monroe Lee; daughter, Shianna Lee; son-in-law, Dalton Whitaker; son, Brandon Hawthorne; step-daughter, Jodie Warfield; grandchildren, Tommy, Talon, Jeremiah, Estasia, and Jordan; along with many friends and neighbors who will miss her dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028. Callie will be laid to rest at the Nichols Cemetery, Kerrville, Texas.
