Albert "Jim" Criner, 82, of Tarentum, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at home surrounded by his family.

Jim was born March 21, 1929, in Natrona Heights, to the late Albert and Ann George Criner.

He had retired as a glass cutter from PPG Creighton and later Churchhill Country Club.

Jim is survived by his brother, sons, daughters, also survived by nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Norma Jean Criner; brother, Joseph; and great-grandson, Michael Criner.

At Jim's request, services and interment will be private.

Arrangements under the care of the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME INC., Springdale/Cheswick.
