Albert Durtsche passed away Tuesday forenoon, December 4, at the family residence, 534 South Francis Street, at 10:30, after a short illness. Mr. Durtsche was born in Thun, Switzerland, March 6, 1861, and came to this country with his parents, the family making their home at Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was married to Madeline Schwartz on August 30, 1889 at Hutchinson, Kansas. Six children were born to them, the family coming to Faribault to make their home in 1900. Mr. Durtsche is survived by his wife, two daughters and four sons, all of whom reside at home with the exception of Mrs. Mary Kirk of Minneapolis and Fred Durtsche of Waseca. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 9 o'clock at the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Burial will be made in the Calvary Cemetery.
