She was born Iola Karl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Karl in West Kewaunee in 1920 and in 1941 was married to Mr. Born. They located on a farm in Gibson. Survivors are the husband; three sons, Robert, Allen and Earl James at home; daughter, Carol at home; six brothers, Clarence, August, and William of Kewaunee, Henry of Two Rivers, Elmer of Michigan and Virgil of Green Bay; three sisters, Mrs. Anton Janoski of Muskegon, Mich; and Mrs. Victor Christorf and Miss Frances of Kewaunee.
Friends may call at the Knutson Funeral Home, Denmark, after 2 p.m. Thursday. The casket will moved to the church at 11 a.m. Friday. Written Exactly in the paper
