Daughter of Joseph Chapline, Sr. and Ruhama Williams Chapline.

"Joseph Chapline, Jr., and his wife had no children, but other family members filled their home [Mount Pleasant]. "House occupied by Sara and Jane Chapline and in which they died, was second door from North Mechanic St. Sharpsburg, and situated on Main St. It was burned and with it most of the family records of their father, Joseph Chapline, Sr." - Maria J.
