Zella Eliza Ames Foote passed away March 30, 2000 in Salt Lake.
Born in Meadow, Millard County, Utah, to Dora Jane Little-wood and Samuel Ames on September 15, 1912. Married Reed Allen Foote on June 25, 1931 in Meeker, Colorado. Later Sealed in Salt Lake Temple.
They spent many years in the Unitah Basin and moved to Salt Lake in 1942, where they spent the remainder of their years. They maintained a lovely home that was open to all. Reed died on April 5, 1987. Zella continued to take care of her yard and home. She was a very active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was always a helping hand to all her family, friends and neighbors.
Services will be held Monday, April 3, 2000, 12 noon at the Imperial Ward, 1560 East Atkin Ave (2840 So.). Viewing at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary, 2350 East 1300 South, Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Monday morning at the Ward.
