#1. Andrew Conaway 1st marries Cordelia Ideal Wells, circa 1868 (no marriage record found). Their children: Malinda Conaway, per 1870 census; Marion Conaway born 1872; Milton Conaway born 1875; David Conaway born circa 1879 and Margaret, born March 1881. Cordelia passes away four months later on 4 July 1881, age 35 years, cause of death Consumption.
#2. Andrew Conaway second married Jane Gump, circa 1884 and has two sons, Daniel Richard Conaway who died in 1944 ; & Claudius Conaway born in 1887 before his mother, Jane dies the 13 May 1887, aged 28 years, cause of death Consumption.
#3. Andrew Conaway third married Dora Fluharty, the 16 April 1888, Marion County, WV. Dora is 16 years of age & Andrew is 38 years old. There is no record of what happened to Dora in these few months but Andrew had very young children and needed a wife to care for them.
#4. Andrew Conaway fourth married Anna Belle Haught, the 18 August 1888, Marion
County, WV. Anna Belle is 17 years of age & Andrew was 38 years old. Andrew & Anna Belle have one child, Indiana Belle Conaway, born the 23 August 1889. Andrew Conaway died the 14 October 1890.
Anna Belle (Haught) Conaway, Andrew's widow, second married in 1896 to William Riley Shuman, a widower, age 35 years according to their marriage record but via his Find a Grave record he was 20 years older. William Riley Shuman died in 1897.
Anna Belle (Haught) (Conaway) Shuman third married in 1898 to Elihu Tuttle, a widower with children and they have at least five more Tuttle children.
