Daniel Conaway: Jan 17, 1887 married Malinda Amos.

The last will and testament of Daniel Conaway of Clay District, County of Monongalia, and State of West Virginia.
Know all men by these presents, that I Daniel Conaway of the county of Monongalia and State of West Virginia, being of sound and disposing memory do make and publish this to be my last will and testament, that is to say---
First after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give, bequeath and dispose of as follows: to wit:
To my son Andrew Conaway I give and devise the tract of land lying in said County, containing about 150 acres, which was conveyed to one by Nehemiah Youst, and also, that part of my home farm on which I now reside, bounded by the lands of Riley Shuman and Abraham Darrah and by a line running straight from Abraham Darrah’s road by the spring to the top of the ridge at John Conaway’s line so as to contain 50 acres to havea nd to hold the same for and during the residue of the of his natural life, and at his death to go to his heirs.
To my daughter Armina Ammons, to have and to hold during the residue of the term of her natural life, and to her death to go to her heirs, I give and devise of my home farm being about 200 acres, subject to an estate for life therein which I hereby give and devise to my beloved wife Malinda Conaway.
To my grandson John Gilbert Conaway, I give and devise fifty acres of land to be run off of this upper end of the tract of land that Thomas Conaway conveyed to me known as the “Mason tract”
To my granddaughter Magnolia Conaway, I give and devise the residue of the said “Mason Tract” of land being about 55 acres provided she lives to the age of 21 years, but if she dies before she attains the age of 21 years then devise to her is to be null and void and the said 55 acres shall go to my heirs.
To my granddaughter Jennie Conaway, I give and bequeath one hundred dollars.
To my daughter Hettie Westfall I give and bequeath one thousand dollars.
To my daughter Eliza Wells to have and to hold during the reside of the term of her natural life and at her death to go to her heirs. I give and devise the tract of land which Anna Michael conveyed to one known as the Higginbotham Farm.
To my beloved wife Malinda Conaway I give and bequeath the 22 share of the capital stock of the First National Bank of Fairmont standing in my name on the book of the said Bank.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remaines of my real estate and personal estate to the said Andrew Conaway, Hettie Westfall and Eliza Wells and their heirs and to Sarah Hibbs and her heirs, and to the heirs of my daughter Mary Tennant, deceased, to be divided equally among them share and share alike except that this said Hettie Westfall shall receive $20.00 less than the others, and except also that the heirs of said Mary Tennant together shall be entitled one nshare. I have hereto forth given to my sons William and Henry their full share of my estate. The devise to Armina Ammons contained herein I considered a full share of my estate.
I hereby nominate and appoint my son Andrew Conaway and my son in law Milton A. Ammons the executors of this my will
