Former Stilwell Resident is Buried Here Sunday Afternoon
Funeral rites for Abraham Hassett, age 63, who died at Claremore Thursday were conducted at the first Presbyterian church with interment in New Hope cemetery here Sunday, under direction of the Roberts Funeral home.
Hassett was born at Sarcoxie, Mo., in 1870 and came to Stilwell in 1902, having been a resident of this city for the past 30 years.
His wife and son, preceeded him in death a few years ago. He is survived by 4 children, eight grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
