On January 31, 1911, Mary, beloved wife of John McGarrity and daughter of the late Charles and Mary McCusker, of B[illegible], County Tyrone, Ireland. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, on Saturday morning at 7 30 o'clock, from her late residence, 2313 S Lambert st. Solemn high mass of requiem at St Monica's Church, at 9 o'clock. Interment at Old Cathedral Cemetery.
Daughter of Charles McCusker and Mary Clark, according to death certificate. Other records list mother as Mary Hagan.
In the 1910 census, Mary Anne is listed as the mother of 7, 3 of whom survived.
Mary Anne had a twin sister, Catherine, who married Edward Cox.
