Jack was born September 29, 1925 in Electra and was a resident of Midland for the last 55 years. He has been in the oil and gas exploration business for most of his adult life. Jack has been responsible for numerous discoveries in the Permian Basin and a lot of dry holes.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Regina Brown.
Survivors include two sons Kerry and Kelly both of
Midland; a daughter Jackie Weaver and husband Barry of Amarillo; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
