FORT WORTH - Edgar R. "Elkie" Blair, 73, died Tuesday, May 22, 2001, in Dallas.

Memorial services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Blair was born March 4, 1928, in Electra. He was a retired investor in oil, gas and ranching.

Survivors include a brother, Jack Blair of Midland; and two sisters, Sandra Smith and Mary Jo Little, both of Granbury.

The family suggests memorials be to Community Hospice; or Salvation Army.
