On March 5, 2012, M. Madeline Johnson, age 83, of Jarrettsville, MD. went to be with the Lord. She was married to the late James E. Johnson for 33 years and is survived by her five children, Tommy and Judy Johnson, Marvin and Sherry Johnson, Anthony and Geli Johnson, Shirley and Darwin Smith and Linda Johnson. She was the sister of Marie McCarter and Helen Mitchell and Howard, John and Leonard Sparks she is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Friends are invited to call at the Pleasant Home Regular Baptist Church, 15 Salisbury Road, Airville, PA on Wednesday from 6 to 9 pm, where a funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 am, interment to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
