Mrs. S. G. Moore died at the home of her son-in-law, Dr. Manson Neher, in Salt Lake City. The body was brought to Rossville for burial. She was the mother of Mrs. J. J. Hufford, wife of the Ross township trustee.
Another reminder of the old days, Manson Neher was a son of Henry Neher – Deaf Henry Neher, we used to call him. Henry Neher owned a fine farm a mile or so west of Moran, but in the latter years of his life he lived on a little farm near the old West Point school house in Ross township. Henry Neher's wife was a Lewis, consequently Dr. Manson Neher is a cousin of Mrs. Dave Siegfried and Jesse Lewis, of this place. Mrs. Moore's maiden name was Murphy and she was reared in the Pyrmont neighborhood.
