Gertrude E Hatch of 69 Hope Street died this morning at her home after a long illness. Born in NY on Jan 19, 1875 she was the daughter of Albert Judson and LIzzie Ransom Hatch. Miss Hatch has been a resident o Stamford for 84 years. She attended Miss Aiken's School for Girls, and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. She was also a member of DAR and was formerly active in the Stamford Day Nursery and Stamford Garden Club.
Surviving are two nieces, Gertrude Hatch Wadhams of Bloomfield CT & Marion Hatch Pitt of Killingworth CT; two nephews, Robert Hatch of Yonkers, and Denison H Hatch of Riverside.
