DEBORAH ARLENE "DEBBIE" GARLAND, 50, of 12 S. Walnut Street, Hagerstown, Md. died on Thursday, July 13, 2006 at the Triumph Health Care of Harrisburg, Pa.
Born July 16, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland she was the daughter of Thelma Minnick Winters of Hagerstown and the late Harry Winters Sr.
She was previously employed with the Washington County Board of Education in food service at Western Heights Middle School.
She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Darla Hambleton of Sharpsburg and Donna Parker of Hagerstown; a brother, Harry Winters Jr. of Rivera Beach, Md. and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Ernest Witmer will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.
