AIKMAN, Aatie went home to be with her Lord Jesus on February 26, 2002 at the age of 63, following a long heroic battle with cancer.
She is survived by her loving and beloved husband of 43 years, William, their daughters, Elethia, Keturah, Medorah and their families, mother, Charlotte and siblings, Dolf, Charlotte, Johan and their families. Aatie and William owned and operated Vasona Station Hair in Los Gatos for years.
Family and friends are invited to a service Saturday, Mar 2, 2002, 10:30 a.m. at DARLING-FISCHER CHAPEL OF THE HILLS, 615 N. Santa Cruz., Los Gatos. A memorial fund has been set up in Aatie's honor with the American Cancer Society, 1715 S. Bascom Ave., Suite 100, Campbell, CA 95008.
