Bernard Clifton Harris was born Sept. 29, 1903 in Staunton, Va. to Clifton Howell Harris (1870-1934) and Cora A. Hocker (1873-1958).
He married Lois Betz Craft in Staunton, Va. on July 4, 1929. They resided first in Staunton and later made their permanent home in Richmond, Va.
They had two daughters.
Bernard passed away in Nov. 1981 at 78 years of age in Richmond, Va.
Interment in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
