MURPHREE
Mrs. Mildred Burditt Murphree, 85, of 3108 Reba Drive, Houston, died Thursday evening in Houston after a long illness.
She was a native of Cuero, Texas and had formerly lived in the Robstown area for over 30 years. She was a long time resident of Corpus Christi before moving to Houston two years ago. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. M. B. Morris, Houston; two grandsons, James Morris, Tulsa, Richard Morris, Stamford, Connecticut.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m.. Saturday at the Cage-Mills Downtown Chapel with Vinson Morris, officiating. Burial will be in Seaside Memorial Park.
The family requests that friends make donations to the American Cancer Society, 4639 Corona, 78413.
