George was the son of Otto Louis Neudorff (1824-1876) & Anna Mary Arnold (1832-1891). His siblings were M. Neudorff, Julia Neudorff, Frederick Franklin Neudorff,
Robert Neudorff, Laura Neudorff, Clara Neudorff, Charles Neudorff & William Neudorff.

He was married to Wilhelmina Fredrica Bodenhausen (1863-1913) and the father of three sons: Arthur Blaine, Walter George & Herbert Arnold NEUDORFF.

George married Emma L Baumgartner (1868-1924) on Apr 6, 1915. He married Caroline "Carrie" Mayes after the death of his second wife, Emma.

George owned and operated a grocery store in St. Joseph, Missouri.
