Death being due to the infirmities attending her advanced age. Her maiden name was Abigail Hinkle, and she was born near Rockford, in 1828, in her childhood she removed to this town, where she became a Christian, joined the Methodist Church, of which she was a consistent member and died happy in her faith.
Three daughters and one son preceded her in death, and she is survived by the following children: Calvin Tullis and Mrs. Mary Canavan of Cleveland; Mrs. Ola Riley of Ft. Wayne; Mrs. Hattie Ross and John Tullis of this city, and a brother, Joe Hinkle of Rockford.
Private funeral services will be held at the home Thursday afternoon at 1:30, Rev. F.W. Rohlfing of the Lutheran Church officiating. Burial at Woodland. Friends desiring to view the remains may do so between the hours of 2 and 5 Wednesday afternoon."
