Resident Philadelphia Passes Away Saturday
Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon from the family residence in Philadelphia for Elam Milton Leary, age 82 years, who died Saturday morning shortly after 9 o'clock following a severe heart attack. Although Mr. leary had been in ill health for some time, his death was not expected.
Interment took place in Park Cemetery, this city, in charge of the George McCarty Funeral Home.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Laura Leary; three children, Lovell L. Leary, Kingsville, Texas; Milton Leary, Glendale, Arizona; and Mrs. Mabel Chapman, Connersville, Indiana; two brothers, John Leary, Miami, Fla., and George Leary, Mt. Comfort; two sisters, Mrs. Viola Denney, Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Ellen Wilson, Mohawk; five stepchildren, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
