On Wednesday, Dec, 16th, at the residence of her father, Emma only daughter of John McClure was united in marriage to Mr. Frank Alexander. Promptly at half past two the bridal party entered the room, to the strains of the Swedish wedding march rendered by Miss Lela Fergurson. Rev. C. Warrick of Schoharie assisted by Rev. Cooper of Delanson performed the ceremony.

The bride wore a dress of cream brocade and carried a bouquet of Bride roses. The groom wore regulation black suit. They were the recipients of many valuable and useful presents.

Among the out of towns guests were Mr. and Mrs, C. Gerliug of Amsterdam, Mr. and Mrs. A. Van Valkenburgh, Mr. and Mrs. R Van Valkenburgh Jr., Mr. R. Van Valkenburgh Schenectady, Miss Lela Fergurson, Kelleys, Mrs. Chas. Taber Altamont

ALEXANDER - April 29 Emma Alexander of Altamont, formerly of Delanson. Wife of the late Frank C Alexander; mother of Mrs. David Becker of Altamont and Mrs. Roland V. Gage of Esperance, foster son John Telow of Lewiston, Me.; grandmother of Norman W. Wilson, Mrs. Shirley L. Lindenbaum, Mrs. Elizabeth J. Arn and Robert J. Gage. Also survived by eight great-grand-children, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was Wednesday afternoon from the White Funeral Home, Delanson. Interment was at Grove cemetery, Quaker Street.
