John Everett "Bussie" Milburn was the 12th of 14 children born to Robert and Sallie Milburn. There is currently only 1 sibling remaining, a younger sister. He had 9 sisters and 4 brothers. One sister being his twin. She passed away on January 29 20 years before him.

Bussie was in the Navy and married Anna Rebecca Palmer on Feb. 2, 1947. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Anna Rebecca Milburn; his daughter, Sallie Ann Warren and her husband David; his granddaughter, Tracie Lynn Terneus and her husband Tom; and his grandson, John David Warren; three great-granddaughters, Jessica, Rebecca, and Sarah Terneus; one sister, June Windsor.
