Mrs. Lela B. Kelsey, 67, of 4010 McGee, died suddenly last night of a heart attack at the home. Mrs. Kelsey was born on Kansas City, Kansas, and had lived in Kansas City 36 years. She was a member of the Westport Presbyterian church. She leaves her husband, Ray W. Kelsey of the home; two daughters, Mrs. E. C. Jones, San Bernardino, Calif., and Mrs. Norma Jean Ivanov, Los Angeles; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie K. Chapman, 4628 Mercier, and Mrs. Grace Barnes, Dodge City, Kas.; three brothers, Howard French, Rossville, Kas., Leslie G. French, Phoenix; William French, Follett, Tex., and two grandchildren.
