Ama Belle Cory, 88, Roseville, and formerly of Pentwater, died Tuesday in Roseville.
Ama Belle Bower was born Nov 4, 1900, in Greenland and was married to Max Cory who preceded her in death. She was affiliated with St. James Episcopal Church, Pentwater.
Surviving are one son, Robert (and Mary) Cory of Roseville, one daughter, Mrs. John (Janetta) Ackerman of Roseville; one sister Viola Fern Howard, 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Service for Mrs. Cory will be conducted at 11:a.m. Thursday at the Tate Funeral Home, Pentwater, with the Rev. J. Robert Hetcor officiating. Burial will be in Pentwater Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6 to 9 tonight.
