Billy Eugene Darcy was the oldest son of Robert Michael Darcy and Mabel Velma Marcum. He was born in Wauchula, Hardee County, Florida on Feb 16, 1926. He married Virginia M. Seaton on Oct 19, 1946, in DuPage, Ill. They had two daughters Renee and Coleen. He died Jan 2, 1987, in Denver, Adams County Colorado, with 8022 Denver as his last known address, Adams County, (Adams County is part of the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Denver-Aurora-Boulder Combined Statistical Area.
