PEMBROKE - Mrs. Vidella Lewis Green, 81, died Monday at Glenvue Nursing Home in Glennville after a long illness.
She was a former resident of Elders and was a native of Bryan County. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hinesville.
Surviving are six sons, Jennings Green of Pooler, L. E. Green of Jacksonville, Fla., Harold Green of Beaufort, S.C., Seaborn Green of Pembroke, the Rev. Thomas Green and Robert Green, both of Savannah; four daughters, Mrs. Wiley Bell of Charlotte, N.C. , Mrs. Claude Smith of Claxton, Mrs. Clark Luntz of Hinesville, Mrs. Judy Smith of Tallahassee, Fla.; 37 grandchildren, and 50 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Olive Branch Baptist Church near Blitchton.
Burial will be at the church cemetery.
