He is survived by his wife, Jill Schneider of Devine. Sons: Mitch Schneider of Devine and Kirby Schneider of San Antonio. Daughters: Kim King of New Braunfels and Kirsten Yandell of Fort Davis, Texas. Sisters: Vera Griffo, Betty Wilkinson, and Sue Hall, all of San Antonio, along with seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 27, 1996, at 2:00 p.m., in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Clement C. DeMeersman officiating. Interment followed in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Devine.
