Bobby Joe, 73, passed away August 2, 2004 in Oklahoma City. He was born July 28, 1931 to Isaac Floyd and Gilma (Vaughn) Roupe in Pampa, Texas. He was a graduate of Noble High School and the University of Oklahoma. Bob proudly served our county in the United States Army. He worked in the Oil and Gas Industry with Admiral Oil Co., Cavalier Petroleum and Trigg Drilling Co. and most recently was with Mittie Cooper Whitehouse Gallery. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a brother, Floyd Darrell and his wife Jean Roupe; and Bob's lifelong companion, Norma Jean Roupe. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 5, 2004 at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Published in The Oklahoman on August 4, 2004
