Floyd Darrel Roupe was born in Pampa, Texas to Isaac Floyd and Gilma Roupe on 2-3-1938. He grew up and attended school in Seymour, Texas, moved to Norman, OK in 1957, and attended the University of Oklahoma. He also served in the United States Army. He retired as Regional Manager from Petroleum Information in 1996.He will be forever missed by his wife: Jean, 2 children: Tammy McPherson & husband Rick, David Conyers & wife Lisa, 4 grandsons: Ryan Conyers, Nick McPherson, Justin Martin, and Arch Conklin, and 1 great-granddaughter: Madison Conklin. Private family services will be held at a later date.
