Clare Dewey Wiltse was born in Halkirk, Alberta, Canada. He was a resident of Spokane, Washington and Northern Idaho for 40 years before moving to Arizona in 1985. He came to the United States in 1928 at the age of 9. He first settled with his family on a farm in Jackson County Oregon before Moving to a farm in Hunters, Washington. He graduated from Columbia High School in 1937. Clare Married his Wife Emily in 1942. He served in the Army from 1945 to 1949 where he was stationed in Okinawa Japan.
Clare owned and operated a retail store selling household goods for many years. Clare is proceeded in death by his first wife,Emily and his second wife, Dana.
Survivors include three brothers, Ralph, Hal and Fred. Sisters, Marion, Evelyn and Dorothy.
