Albert (Bert) L. Wiltse was born in Applegate Oregon. He was Raised on a farm in Hunters, Washington. Was the youngest of 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Bert graduated from Columbia high school in 1951. He attended Eastern Washington University for 3 years and also attended Spokane Ag and Tech school. Bert served his country in the Army durring the Korean War and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign wars. He worked as a quality control inspector for the Boeing Co. at missile sites in Montana,Wyoming,Nebraska and North Dakota. Bert ran and operated his own business as a successful shoe repairman for 16 years. After retiring from the shoe business he decided to go back to work as a maintenance engineer for the West Valley School District for several years before retiring in 1998. He was a 30 year Resident of the Spokane Valley. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Joyce; four daughters, Peggy, Lisa, janet and Heidi.Three sisters, Marion, Evelyn and Dorothy. Three Brothers, Fred, Hal and Ralph. My Uncle Bert left behind 11 Grandchildren.
