Macon- Benjamin Oro Horne, Jr., 57, of 1544 Engle Drive, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
Mr. Horne, a graduate of Mercer University, received a Master's degree, cum laude, in social studies. He taught in public and private schools for sixteen years and coached baseball for twelve years. Mr. Horne was a member of the Sierra Club.
Mr. Horne is survived by his daughter, Caitlin Elizabeth Horne of Macon; sister, Juan Driggers of Cochran, Georgia; nephew, Johnny Driggers of Cochran, Georgia.
